Order Processing
We strive to deliver your order quickly and with care. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 are typically shipped the same day. However, there may be exceptions, such as when products are out of stock, which could cause a delay. If we are unable to meet this timeframe for any reason, we will notify you promptly.
Delivery is handled by PostNL (The Netherlands) or DHL parcel service. An email with tracking information will be sent upon fulfillment of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
If you are or your business resides in the EU, your order will not be subject to import duties. However, VAT will be levied on each purchase according to the VAT of the billing country including VAT on shipping.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside the EU. Our products are certified for sale (CE Certification) only in the EU.
