Which Garden Gold formula do I need?
Choose Houseplant Formula for indoor plants, Garden Formula for gardens and vegetable gardens, and Tomato & Chile Formula for tomatoes, peppers, chiles, and other heavy feeders. Use Sea-Prime as a complementary seaweed booster alongside your base feed.
How do I use Garden Gold?
Shake the bottle well and mix the feed with water. For the base formulas, use 5 ml per liter for young, small or sensitive plants and 8–15 ml per liter during active growth or for larger plants. Apply the mixture as you would normally water, preferably around the root zone.
How often should I dose?
Use Houseplant Formula approximately once every 1–2 weeks. During active growth, Garden Formula and Tomato & Chile Formula can generally be used once every 7–10 days. Feed less frequently during winter or periods of slow growth.
Can I combine Garden Gold with Sea-Prime?
Yes. It is best to alternate your base formula and Sea-Prime: use the base feed for one feeding, Sea-Prime for the next, and then return to the base feed. You do not need to use both products at the same time.
How long does a bottle of Garden Gold last?
Depending on the dosage of 5–15 ml per liter, you can make:
- 500 ml: approximately 33–100 liters of feeding solution
- 1 liter: approximately 67–200 liters of feeding solution
- 5 liters: approximately 333–1,000 liters of feeding solution
How long a bottle lasts depends on the number of plants, the dosage used and the amount of water applied per feeding.
Is Garden Gold suitable for organic cultivation?
Yes. Garden Gold is suitable for use in organic cultivation and approved for organic cultivation in the EU and Germany.
