Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above €75.

We strive to deliver your order quickly and with care. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 are typically shipped the same day. However, there may be exceptions, such as when products are out of stock, which could cause a delay. If we are unable to meet this timeframe for any reason, we will notify you promptly.

Delivery is handled by PostNL (The Netherlands) or DHL parcel service. An email with tracking information will be sent upon fulfillment of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

If you are or your business resides in the EU, your order will NOT be subject to import duties. However, VAT will be levied on each purchase according to the VAT of the billing country including VAT on shipping.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges (based on weight) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside the EU. Our products are certified for sale (CE Certification) only in the EU.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

For all products shipped in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at returns@gardengold.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
