How to use

Mix
Shake the bottle well and always dilute Tomato & Chile Formula with water. Use 5–15 ml per 1 litre of water, depending on plant size, season and growth stage.
Apply
Pour the diluted feed directly around the roots of your tomatoes, chiles, peppers and other fruiting crops, preferably onto slightly moist soil.
Repeat
Use once every 1–2 weeks during the active growing season. Regular feeding works better than giving a heavy dose now and then.

DOSAGE

Dosage for tomatoes & chiles

15 ml = 1 tablespoon

5 ml = 1 teaspoon

Young, small or sensitive plants
5 ml per 1 litre of water
Start light, especially for young plants, newly planted plants or sensitive varieties.
Regular tomatoes, chiles and peppers during active growth
8–10 ml per 1 litre of water
Suitable as a standard dosage during growth, flowering and fruit development.
Large plants or heavily fruiting crops
10–15 ml per 1 litre of water
For larger plants, plants in pots or crops with strong flowering and fruit set.

How often to use

Use Tomato & Chile Formula during the active growing season, usually once every 1–2 weeks. In winter, or during a clear resting period, use less often or apply a lighter dose.

Regular feeding at a suitable dosage works better than giving a heavy dose now and then. Apply the diluted feed directly around the root zone, preferably onto slightly moist soil.

Combining with Sea-Prime

Want extra support during the growing season? Alternate Tomato & Chile Formula with Sea-Prime: one feeding with Tomato & Chile Formula, the next feeding with Sea-Prime, then back to Tomato & Chile Formula.

You do not need to use both products in the same watering. Sea-Prime can also be used as a foliar spray; apply a light, even mist, preferably early in the morning or later in the day and not in full sun. Spray the underside of the leaves as well.

Important

Always dilute with water before use.
Shake the bottle well before use.
Use the mixed solution preferably on the same day.
Do not apply to completely dry soil.
Always start with a low dose for young or sensitive plants.
Store cool, dark and frost-free between 5°C and 30°C.
Natural sediment may occur; this is normal for products made from natural raw materials.

Packaging, Transport & Storage

All GARDEN GOLD products must be stored closed, dry, in a frost-free place, away from direct sunlight. Large or sudden temperature changes may cause crystals. All products are free of preservatives and therefore long-term storage might not be stable. Shake or stir the product before use in order to restore the original structure.
Shelf life: Storage at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C ensures a shelf life of at least two years.
